Overview:

The client is running Driving School (Local Business). The Digital appearance was not available and only more of the New Clients were from referrals or via offline banners. The Client wanted more enquires and visibility in the Local Area.

Challenges

No digital presence or active social media presence. Working on Lead capture, appointment booking, or Lead capture solution.

Solution:

We started with designing the website to create visibility of the client’s business and services. We also started creating Local Business listings, Submitting citations, and optimizing Google Business Profile (formerly called Google My Business).

We also created a Google Ads account and ran PPC for Driving School. Over time negative keywords were removed, the quality score of the campaign keywords was increased.

Cloud telephony (IVR) and CRM (HubSpot CRM) were configured for the client to capture Lead data and manage follow-ups.

Results:

The PPC ads started giving immediate results and the quality of the leads were getting generated. With our Local SEO services, the business website started getting ranked locally and Organic leads are getting generated. From Jan 2022 the client is getting at least 300 Organic inquiries. Due to an increase in the number of new leads via organic ranking the client is spending less funds on Google Ads as compared to the initial stage.

With our IVR and CRM services, the client is able to track his leads and manage his client’s followup and appointments.
