Touchstone Infotech’s Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Touchstone Infotech, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality services and an exceptional client experience. To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have outlined our refund policy below.
Project Milestones & Scope of Work
Every project we undertake is carefully planned, with work divided into clear milestones. We begin each project with a comprehensive discovery phase, during which we conduct an in-depth analysis and create a detailed scope of work document. This initial phase ensures that both parties fully understand the project requirements, helping to prevent cancellations, disputes, or misunderstandings later on.
Refunds for Completed Work
As each milestone involves dedicated time and effort to complete, refunds are not applicable for work that has already been carried out. Once a milestone is completed, it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued for that portion of the project.
Termination of Projects
If a project is terminated on mutual terms, the client retains ownership of all completed work. However, any payments made for future work or development beyond that point will be considered void, and no refunds will be issued for previous payments or deposits.
Design Approval & Development
Once the client approves the initial mock-up designs and the project moves into the development phase, no refunds will be provided. The approval of the designs signifies the start of development, and cancellations are not permitted after this stage.
Mid-Phase Cancellations
There are no partial refunds for projects that are midway through a milestone phase. Work completed up to that point will be considered final, and no adjustments will be made.
Special Offers
Refunds will not be issued for services offered by our marketing team as part of limited-time special offers. These services are non-refundable and are subject to specific terms outlined in the offer itself.
SEO and Digital Marketing Services
Our SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, clients may choose to cancel these services with a written notice 30 days in advance. No refunds will be provided for the duration of services already provided.
Abandoned or Dormant Projects
We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that have been abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days without client communication. Any work paused or delayed beyond this period will be subject to review, and no refunds will be provided.
